It started with a family recipe and a love for real food.

Growing up in Argentina, chimichurri wasn't just a sauce — it was the soul of every family gathering. My mum would make it fresh every time, chopping parsley by hand, mixing in garlic and oregano, and letting it rest just long enough for the flavours to come alive.

When I moved to the UK, I couldn't find anything that came close. The bottled versions tasted like vinegar. The "fresh" ones from the supermarket were bland and lifeless. So I started making my own — the way my mum taught me.

Friends tried it. Then friends of friends. Then strangers at BBQs. Everyone said the same thing: "This is incredible. Where can I buy this?"

That's when Chimi-Shake was born.

We created a way for anyone to make real chimichurri at home — in seconds. No cooking skills needed. Just fresh parsley, our signature spice blend, and a good shake. The result is restaurant-quality chimichurri that tastes exactly like the one my mum makes.
