How it works

Chop fresh parsley
Grab 30 grams of fresh flat-leaf parsley — and give it a rough chop on a chopping board. Don't worry about making it perfect. Rustic is the way to go.
Pro tip
Use flat-leaf (Italian) parsley, not curly. It has more flavour and the right texture for chimichurri.

Add Chimi-Shake & mix
Give your Chimi-Shake sachet a real spirited, Latin shake before opening, whilst having a little dance. This will mean that we get everyone in the jar all at the same time
Pro tip
Use scissors to open your sachet. It’s safer than using a knife and helps avoid spills. Snip it. Shake it. Love it.

Shake, rest, and serve
Seal the jar tightly and give it a vigorous shake for about 30 seconds (with a little dance). Let it rest for 5 minutes or so the flavours meld together, then spoon over everything
Pro tip
Chimichurri gets even better after 1 day. Make it ahead if you can — the flavours deepen beautifully.
Our Story - It started in my Mum's kitchen in Argentina.
Growing up in Argentina, chimichurri wasn't just a sauce — it was the soul of every family gathering. My mum would make it fresh every time, chopping parsley by hand, mixing in garlic and oregano, and letting it rest just long enough for the flavours to come alive.
When I moved to the UK, I couldn't find anything that came close. The bottled versions tasted like vinegar. The "fresh" ones from the supermarket were bland and lifeless. So I started making my own — the way my mum taught me.
Friends tried it. Then friends of friends. Then strangers at BBQs. Everyone said the same thing: "This is incredible. Where can I buy this?"
That's when Chimi-shake was born.
